Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item is defective

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
