Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Times

- United States: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement of the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
We will review the claim and work toward a resolution.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
